Meet Happy!

This beautiful boy is one of the eight pups that got dumped in a box on the Arashi Pier.

Happy would love to find his forever family on the island. There is no adoption fee, he's free from parasites like fleas, ticks and worms, has his first vaccination and will get sterilized at six months old.
