4 years of waiting… charlotte is finally ready for her forever home

She was dumped at a kill shelter, covered in mange, and left behind.

After just one weekend in a foster home, we learned:

*Her favorite pastime? Cuddling!
*Great with other dogs
*Calm in the car + loves walks
*Gentle with kids (lived with a 10-year-old)
*Sweet, curious, and gentle
