I got adopted not long after Luna rescued me as a puppy. I wish I could say I had found the perfect family, but nothing could be further from the truth. When my family moved to another country a year after they adopted me, they left me behind. They left me to fend for myself on the streets, while they knew my chances of survival were low. Call it fate or luck, but I was found and brought back to Luna.
I have been living at the sanctuary ever since. It took me some time to gain back my confidence and trust in people, but I got there. I quickly became one of Luna’s president’s favorites and I started to flourish.
It might take me a little bit of time to get used to a life outside the sanctuary, since I’ve been here for so many years. But once I have adjusted to my new world, I’ll be a delight as I enjoy my walks and like to cuddle up next to my favorite people.
