Hi there! I’m Scar, a shy yet sweet and affectionate boy looking for my forever family.

My two siblings and I were just a couple of weeks old when we were dumped at a kill cage. Fortunately, Luna’s volunteers discovered us and rescued us, bringing us to the safety of their sanctuary. It’s hard for me to recall what happened in those early weeks, but the broken jaw I had and my extreme fear of human touch speak volumes.

My tough start in life has left me with trust issues, but my caregivers, who have known me for years, say I have great potential. I’m a funny guy who gets along well with other dogs and loves to cuddle with the people I trust. With that in mind, I’ll need time and patience to adjust to my new life.

I am very much looking forward to the next chapter of my journey. It might just take me a little while to feel brave enough to embrace everything and let my true personality shine!
