Hi! I am Cruz, a sweet and resilient boy looking for a two-legged friend.

My owner permanently chained me to a truck. No walks, no love and stainless steel food bowls standing in the hot sun. Ironically, my owners asked Luna for help. They wanted help to put me down cause I had erlichia, severe aneamia, tvt and heartworm.

Luna was shocked and spoke to my owner who eventually agreed to surrender me into their care. The chain was cut, and that was when my life truly began.

With the help of a local vet and a lot of TLC I got neutered back to health. I do have some problems with my weight sometimes and my vision on one side has lessened due to aneamia in the past but that doesn’t stop me from exploring, running, playing, etc.
