Hey! I am Hobbs , a sweet and shy boy looking for a best friend.

I spent the first months of my life struggling to survive on the streets. Although me and my siblings had the best mom, we all suffered from starvation, mange and ticks. Luckily a kind lady reached out to Luna asking to help.

Not long after, me and my siblings were picked up and our healing journey began. At first we were weak and terrified of human touch but soon we started to get stronger and grew more confident.

My fur is growing back nicely and I proud of the progress I’ve made. I felt so scared on the first day at the Safe Haven. I had never experienced human love or even touch before. It made me scream, cause I thought bad things were gonna happen. In reality, I had been given a chance at a happy and healthy life. I have come to understand that now. I am still cautious but I feel relaxed around people now. I am still not very fond of cuddling but I love treats and I am certain I’ll get to that stage of confidence.
