You might have seen the many abandoned and neglected dogs on Aruba struggling to survive. You can't foster or adopt a rescue and you can't find the time to volunteer. You wish you could help but you don't know how. Imagine you could make a huge difference with just a small effort...
Luna Foundation takes care of dozens of neglected and abused animals each year, providing the care and support they need to live a happy, healthy life. Our 'Foster from Afar' program allows anyone to help from anwhere in the world.
With a monthly donation of $35 dollars, you can change the lives of hundreds of dogs in desperate need, supporting our efforts to help as many abused and neglected animals on Aruba as we can.

What is my donation used for?
Your gift of sponsorship supports not only your sponsored dog but also all the other animals under our care. Your generosity ensures they receive shelter, food, medicine and veterinary care.

What about the dogs who have no sponsor?
Luna Foundation treats all animals in our care equally- whether sponsored or not. Your gift is used to help all our rescues, including the one you sponsor.

Will I be my dog's only sponsor?
With over a hundred animals at our sanctuary, a gift of sponsorship is used to help all of them, including the dog you've chosen to sponsor. In order to provide the care all these animals need, Luna Foundation allows a dog to be sponsored by more than one person.

What information will I receive about my sponsor dog?
Upon sponsoring a dog, you'll receive a sponsorship certificate. You'll also receive updates, photos and videos of your sponsor dog throughout the year.

What happens when my sponsor dog gets adopted?
You'll have the choice to pick another sponsor dog or to end your sponsorship.

In the event that I wish to adopt my sponsor dog, do I have priority over others in the adoption process?
Sponsorship does not grant priority in the adoption process. All applicants are treated equally, regardless of sponsorship status. Our policy operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
